Generous Pizza Toppings at Alchemy Bistro Bar
We stumbled along Alchemy Bistro Bar one Friday night when my officemates and I were looking for a nearby place in Makati to have dinner and get a few drinks at. We were intrigued by Alchemy’s looks from the outside so we decided to give the place a try.
Upon entering, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the interiors look way better than the outside and it has the vibe that will make you want to stay for a long time just having good conversation while dining with your colleagues. We decided to order pizza to share between the 4 of us, and some pasta to go along with it too.
Whenever it’s my first time at any place, I always ask for their bestseller when it’s not listed on their menu. Of course, whenever I find something on the menu named after the restaurant, it’s a give-away that it’s one of the restaurant’s bestsellers. Thus, I ordered the Alchemy Pizza. The wood fire cooked pizza consists of generously sprinkled toppings that make for a very rich tasting pizza indeed! The pizza carrying the restaurant’s brand had balsamic reduction, speck, Scamorza cheese, arugula and truffle oil. It is recommended for diners looking for tasty pizzas.
Because we want to try something new, we also tried the Pride Turkish Pizza which has lamb toppings (something you don’t get to eat everyday), Turkish spices, tomatoes, bell peppers and eggs with mozzarella cheese. As with the Alchemy Pizza, it was also generously sprinkled with toppings and the pizza has that Mediterannean twist to it.
The pizza flavors we tried out at Alchemy Bistro Bar are really worth having and we were glad that we decided to order what we did! And now that they currently have a deal with Supreme Deals Philippines, we can try them out again but this time with a discount!
