1. Dodge Distractions

Whether it be texting your friend or browsing your social media accounts, try and stay away from your phone during your workout. Believe me or not you might just end up spending more time looking at your phone than actually working those muscles. So as much as possible, focus on your workout and use your devices after hitting the gym!

2. Make a Personalized Kick-ass Playlist

Listening to music will not only make you enjoy your workout, but it will actually get you pumping and help you exert more power. Incorporating a kick-ass playlist to your workout will give you energy and make you more productive in the gym. So get your earphones and playlist ready for your next session!

3. Do Interval Training

Interval training will help your burn fat fast. If you are short on time, interval training will get the job done. Beware though, this kind of workout may take less time-wise, but it is difficult as hell. If you want results, you have to work HARD.

4. Stay Hydrated

Drink lots of fluids throughout the day especially if you know you are going to workout. Staying hydrated will help you fight against fatigue and dehydration and will thus keep you strong to withstand your workout.

5. Set Goals and a Timeline

And lastly, remember to set your goals and a timeline. This will guide you on your progress and will give you a sense of achievement when you hit your milestones. Believe me, having a timeline of your goals will make it more fulfilling and will make you push harder everytime.
